Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information when registering on our website.  It is essential that you supply a telephone number including a full area code.

Raaz By Rakhi will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Raaz By Rakhi is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

Customers must provide up to 3-10 working days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within this time frame, Raaz By Rakhi will inform the customer at the earliest.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

On any custom made items, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.

The prices featured on Raaz By Rakhi are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by 1st class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.

We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then packing paper wrapped. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.

All of our Sarees come complete with Stitched blouses, petticoat and fall attached as shown in the photograph unless otherwise specified.
